Please find below mentioned job description: Position: Chief Of Staff Location: Remote Industry: Internet/Startup Job Description : - Take complete ownership of multiple high value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems. - Helping to Founding team for over all Business Strategy of the organization. - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. - Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation. - Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional. - Own the CEO's agenda - ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements - Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and act as a representative when required - You will prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
