Chief of Staff - Internet - About the Role: - Being the founder's voice and executioner across all departments. - Being a key partner and advisor to the founders in developing and refining the long-term strategy of the business. - Drafting external and internal founder communications, including board decks, investor decks, investor updates, team presentations, network e-blasts, etc. - Managing key critical relationships in place of founders when needed. - Overseeing and leading high-priority, complex, executive-sponsored projects end-to-end. - Establishing and maintaining company-wide OKRs, metrics/KPIs to ensure alignment and clear objectives across the company - Working with executives to digitize and systematize company processes to alleviate teams from manual work and improve company scalability. - Creating company analytics and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into the businesses' day-to-day operation - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with company-wide goals. Serve as a bridge between departments to resolve issues and promote efficient operations. - Operational Efficiency: Drive efforts to implement changes that increase the company's efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and coordinate with relevant teams to put these improvements into practice What will set this person apart: - BS/BA degree - MBA from IIM A/B/C/K/L or an M7 Business School in the US is a strong plus - 3+ years experience in management consulting and/ or previous experience in a founders role.
