Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff role for an Impact Sector client of Michael Page India is a critical position responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the leadership, facilitating effective decision-making, streamlining communication, and managing key projects.

The Chief of Staff works closely with senior leadership, functional heads, and external stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in alignment with the company's overall objectives, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights and recommendations on critical business decisions.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments, ensuring alignment and efficient information flow.

- Manage key projects and initiatives, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

- Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Represent the Managing Director in meetings and other forums, conveying key messages and building relationships with stakeholders.

- Excellent presentation and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.

- Experience in strategy consulting or a similar role is highly preferred.

- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
