Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, etc.)
Experience: 4-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives and business-critical projects
- Partner with senior leadership on growth, transformation, and operational excellence
- Lead cross-functional programs and ensure seamless execution
- Support decision-making through analysis, insights, and structured problem-solving
- Manage high-impact stakeholder relationships
- Drive governance, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
What We're Looking For:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in consulting, founders office, CEO office, corporate strategy, business operations, or transformation roles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
