Chief Of Staff (7-12 yrs)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff (CoS) to act as a trusted partner to the CEO. This role serves as a force multiplier, enabling leadership to operate at maximum effectiveness by driving strategic initiatives, improving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring seamless execution of business priorities.
The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leadership, act as a communication bridge across the organization, and lead high-impact projects that are critical to business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Support- Partner with the CEO to define, refine, and execute company strategy
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Monitor progress of key strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across teams
- Support decision-making through research, analysis, and insights
2. Communication & Alignment- Act as a central communication hub between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging of leadership vision across the organization
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Handle sensitive and confidential communications with discretion
3. Project & Operations Management- Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency
- Drive execution excellence across departments
- Establish processes and systems to support scalable operations
4. Executive Support & Prioritization- Optimize the CEO's time by prioritizing meetings, initiatives, and engagements
- Prepare briefings, reports, and materials for leadership meetings
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
5. Problem Solving & ExecutionTackle ambiguous and complex business challenges
- Analyze data, identify issues, and recommend actionable solutions
- Step in to lead or support critical initiatives as needed
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
- MBA or equivalent degree from top-tier institutes such as Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) or Indian Foreign Service preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or similar roles
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Not confined to a single function or department
- Not necessarily a direct people management role
