In this role, you will drive the organization's most critical initiatives with thoughtfulness, efficiency, and speed while maintaining the operational rhythm of the business. Key Responsibilities : - Drive alignment around goal setting and strategy, form plans with clear objectives and governance to monitor progress - The chief of staff needs to wear multiple hats, work with founders and senior management to build future strategy, assess TAM and budgets for expansions to new geographies, and work on GTM planning - Work closely with Business Finance teams for building annual operating plans, and investor relations. - Independently drive special projects and new initiatives until they are large enough to stand on their own Key Skills : - Resourceful and strategic thinker with the strong problem-solving capability - Ability to structure ambiguous and complex problem statements, and an entrepreneurial drive to find root causes and solve them - Meticulous operational rigor, and project management capabilities to drive OKR execution - A sounding board with a direct communication style Must have: - MBA from premier educational institutions (IIT / IIM or equivalent) - Experience in working with financial services clients - 1-2 years of experience at fast-growing startups
