About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic Chief of Staff - Founder's Office to work directly alongside the Founders in driving business strategy, strategic execution, fundraising, and cross-functional operations.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role designed for a Tier-1 MBA graduate with 3 - 4 years of experience - ideally from Big 4 / Tier-1 Consulting (Energy Sector practice) or a high-growth Founder's Office in a Startup environment.

You will take ownership of ambiguous business challenges, drive key strategic initiatives end-to-end, and help scale our renewable energy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiatives & Execution:

- Partner directly with the Founders to define, structure, and execute key business, growth, and operational strategies.

- Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination between Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.

- Translate strategic vision into actionable operational roadmaps and track company-wide KPIs.

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Lead and support fundraising activities, financial modeling, valuation, and investor presentation preparation.

- Manage ongoing investor communication, board presentation materials, and key stakeholder relationships.

3. Founder Enablement & Problem Solving:

- Act as a force multiplier for the Founders by tackling complex, ambiguous problems and conducting rapid feasibility analyses.

- Represent the Founder's Office in strategic external partnerships, customer discussions, and high-stakes negotiations.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. + MBA from a Tier-1 Institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc.)

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of core post-MBA experience in a Founder's Office (Startup), Big 4 / Top Consulting Firm (Energy Practice), Investment Banking, or VC.

- Domain Exposure: Strong background or active project experience in Renewable Energy, Climate-Tech, Clean Energy, or BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

- Joining Availability: Preference for Immediate Joiners or short notice periods (< 30 days).

- Work Mode: Full-time Onsite / Work from Office (Noida)
