
About the Role:
Work directly with the founders and leadership team as a strategic and execution partner. This role involves driving key initiatives, managing cross-functional priorities, and ensuring leadership decisions are executed effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the right hand to founders, managing priorities and follow-ups
- Drive cross-functional programs and special projects
- Track business performance, KPIs, and execution milestones
- Support strategy, growth initiatives, and leadership decision-making
- Build structure, processes, and operating discipline as the company scales
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-8 years of experience in startup / D2C / high-growth environments
- Prior experience working closely with founders or CXOs
- Strong execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and multiple priorities
