Chief of Staff (Reporting To: Founder / CEO) @ Mumbai

The Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure effective execution of the CEO's priorities. This role requires a highly analytical and execution-focused professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO and coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams.

This position is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or startup environments who want to work closely with leadership and drive organizational impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Execution:

- Support the Founder & CEO in executing strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and monitor progress across departments.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the agritech and agri-value chain ecosystem.

Project & Program Management:

- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects such as new product launches, digital platform initiatives, and operational transformation programs.

- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

CEO Office Management:

- Act as a thought partner to the CEO on business strategy, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.

- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership meetings, board meetings, and investors.

- Ensure follow-through on key decisions and action items from executive meetings.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Work closely with teams across technology, operations, finance, and business development to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to improve efficiency and execution.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with internal leadership teams, investors, and strategic partners as required.

- Support preparation for investor interactions, board updates, and key stakeholder presentations.

- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, startup operations, or corporate strategy roles.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Education:

- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
