
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to partner closely with the Founder/Leadership team in driving strategic, operational, and people-related priorities. This role acts as the Founders strategic extension, ensuring smooth execution and cross-functional alignment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
- Support the Founder in business planning, category expansion, and new product initiatives.
- Provide consumer and market insights relevant to the D2C apparel & lifestyle landscape.
- Assist in roadmap creation for upcoming collections and seasonal drops.
Business Operations & SKU Management
- Work closely with Merchandising, Design, and Supply Chain teams to manage SKU-level planning across categories.
- Track SKU performance - sell-through, velocity, ageing, contribution, and stock levels.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and assist in developing action plans (promotions, markdown strategies, replenishment, phase-outs).
- Ensure optimal inventory health by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams.
- Support in planning for new SKU launches, sample approvals, and collection calendars.
Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track product development, production, and go-live activities across departments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business review reports with SKU intelligence and category insights.
People & Culture Enablement
- Partner with teams for hiring across strategic and operational roles.
- Drive performance management, feedback loops, and culture-building initiatives.
Founders Office Management
- Manage the Founders priorities, communication, and coordination across teams.
- Prepare business notes, reports, and presentations.
- Represent the Founder in internal and external discussions where needed.
External Partnerships
- Support partnerships with agencies, influencers, vendors, and industry collaborators.
- Assist in evaluating new business or distribution opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 510 years of experience in Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or Merchandising roles.
- Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data at SKU/category level.
