The Context:
We are a high-growth, subscription-led fresh food and dairy startup. We have scaled significantly and are now at a point where the CEO needs a force multiplier. This is not a secretarial role. It is an orchestrator role for someone who can move between high-level strategy and ground-level execution without losing momentum.
What you will actually do:
- The job changes every week, but the core focus is on driving growth and bringing structure to the chaos.
- CEO Shadowing and Execution: You will sit in every key meeting, take the high-level decisions, and ensure they actually happen. You are the bridge between the CEO's vision and the team's output.
- 0 to 1 Projects: We often identify new growth channels or operational fixes that don't have a home yet. You will take these from an idea to a functioning process before handing them off.
- Structured Growth: You will look at our numbers and find where we are leaking value. You will use the structured thinking you learned in consulting to solve messy, real-world problems.
- Stakeholder Management: You will represent the CEO's office in conversations with investors, department heads, and external partners.
Who you are:
- MBB Pedigree: You have spent 2 to 6 years at McKinsey, BCG, Kearney or Bain. You know how to break down a problem, but you are now itching to see your solutions work in the real world.
- Generalist Hustler: You don't say "that's not my job." You are comfortable talking to a delivery partner one hour and a VC the next.
- High Ownership: You don't need a checklist. You see a gap and you fill it.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply. You write well and speak clearly.
