Chief of Staff - FMCG/FMCD/Online

- Strategic Execution Partner: Translate founder/CEO priorities into executable plans, track OKRs, and ensure high-impact initiatives move from idea to closure.

- Cross-Functional Orchestrator: Drive alignment across functions (growth, ops, product, finance), unblock teams, and manage interdependencies.

- Founder Leverage & Decision Support: Act as an extension of the CEO-own prep for key meetings, data-backed decision-making, and follow-through.

- Special Projects & Scale Readiness: Lead 0- 1 and scale-up initiatives (new markets, products, org design, fundraising, IPO prep) with a bias for speed and outcomes.

- Act as the founder's execution arm, translating priorities into clear plans across growth, supply chain, marketing, and finance.

- Drive cross-functional alignment between D2C, marketplaces, brand, ops, and tech to ensure speed and accountability.

- Own high-impact strategic initiatives such as new category launches, growth experiments, org/process design, and fundraising support.

- Build operating cadence-OKRs, weekly business reviews, dashboards-so decisions are data-led and fast.

- Support scale readiness, helping the founder move from hands-on execution to system-driven leadership.
