Role Overview:
This is a high-impact role designed for exceptional problem solvers with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities.
As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO, driving strategic priorities across Product, Growth, Operations, Business, Marketing, Technology, and Finance. You will own cross-functional initiatives, solve complex business challenges, and ensure high-priority projects are executed with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Partner with the Founder & CEO on strategic planning and business priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis.
- Translate strategic initiatives into executable action plans.
Business Execution:
- Drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Track key business initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Remove execution bottlenecks by collaborating across teams.
CEO's Office:
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and board materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and track action items.
- Support business planning, quarterly reviews, and annual operating plans.
Growth & Business Analytics:
- Analyze business performance, customer trends, and operational metrics.
- Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Generate insights to improve business efficiency and growth.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Business teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
Special Projects:
- Lead high-priority initiatives directly sponsored by the Founder & CEO.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion projects.
- Support fundraising, investor presentations, and due diligence activities whenever required.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Consulting, Founders Office, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or Program Management role.
- Current or recent experience in a FinTech organization is mandatory.
