About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and dynamic Chief of Staff Financial Modeling to support the leadership team of one of Dubais most reputed real estate developers. The role requires a strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and the ability to assist senior management in driving data-backed business decisions and financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to support all financial, strategic, and operational initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for investment analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning.
- Assist in evaluating new projects, mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation strategies.
- Analyze key financial metrics, prepare management dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Business Development teams to ensure financial alignment.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment briefs.
- Ensure high-quality execution and confidentiality in all leadership-level engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial and strategic matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (Finance/Strategy) from a top-tier business school or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in first attempt.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment analysis, or consulting.
- Prior experience working closely with senior leadership or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory.
- Exposure to large-scale development projects or property investments will be an added advantage.
