Treasury

- Working and executing on the treasury management plan

- Support end to end capital raising activities (Debt/Bond/CP/Equity)

- Liquidity management planning

- Treasury yield optimization

- Hedging(incl.Forwards&Options)

- Drive company due diligences

- Work on execution of credit rating and commercial paper/bond issuances

Technology

- Evaluate and automate areas in the operating finance function and drive execution.

- Implement and manage the compliance/ESOP platform.

- Evaluate and implement tax technology platform

- Automation with respect to treasury tracking and reporting. o Evaluate automation with respect to financial reporting

Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Working on budgets, financial models, projections and mapping the same to performance

Reporting and Governance

- Working on the risk management framework across the organization

- Preparepresentationsandmaterialforboardmeetings

- Preparing and maintaining policies across various areas of finance and governance such as investment policy, hedging policies, investors relations.

- Prepare an ESG framework

- ESG monitoring and reporting in conjunction with SEBI BRSR reporting requirements.

Investor Relations & M&A

- Preparing quarterly results pack and preparing annual reports

- Coordinating investor and analyst meetings

- Respondingtoanalyst/investorqueriesonbusiness,compliance,andreporting o Preparing presentation for investor meetings, capital raises and conferences. o Preparing quarterly investor presentation, results release

- Working on the annual report

- Performance benchmarking with the sector

- Evaluate and execute on M&A and existing acquisitions/investments

Skills & Qualification:

- CA (must) and MBA from IIM-A/B/C/ISB

- Deep interest in finance and knowledge of corporate finance principles

- Problem solving orientation

- Self-starter and organized

- High levels of ownership

- Excel and Power Point Proficiency Required

- Good communication skills

- 2 - 6 years of related professional experience
