We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the Executive Director's Office for a leading listed financial services group in India. Role Overview
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working closely with the Executive Director, who also serves on the boards of multiple group companies. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted strategic partner in driving the leadership agenda, enabling effective execution of key priorities, ensuring alignment across business verticals, and supporting governance and board-related responsibilities.
Operating at the center of the organization, the incumbent will play a critical role in facilitating decision-making, driving execution discipline, and ensuring follow-through on strategic initiatives, while maintaining strong alignment across senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 10-14 years of experience, in fast-paced corporate or consulting environments, preferably in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Leadership Advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience in driving CEO/CXO-level agendas, including exposure to board forums, strategic planning, and high-stakes decision-making
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with clear ownership of outcomes and impact
- Exceptional problem-solving and structuring capability, with the ability to distill ambiguity into clear, actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to synthesize and present to senior leadership
- High degree of ownership, judgment, and discretion, with the ability to operate as a trusted extension of the Executive Director's office
