Purpose of the role: The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission and be part of the leadership team. While working with the Co-founders (CEO and COO), the incumbent would be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the organization, ensure strong governance of organization metrics across functions &amp; own some critical metrics directly. Key Responsibilities : - Setting up organisation wide priorities in line with the annual goals - Governing the critical metrics across the organisation while aligning all relevant functions and stake holders - Identify strategic projects across the organisation &amp; lead them - Help the CEO &amp; COO run management reviews by ensuring action on the minutes of the previous meetings as well as the planned action items - Lead independent analysis of the individual business functions and provide unbiased inputs to the CEO in the best interest of the growth of the company. - Enable the CEO &amp; COO to help prioritise things on their table and support them in managing the internal and external stakeholders - Work with a bias for action and outcome Requirements : - Strong project management skills, analytical and outcome oriented - Strong EQ and ability to hold mature conversations with seasoned business Leaders
