Company Overview :

High Impact Talent is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand at the forefront of the skincare and wellness industry. We craft high-quality, innovative products designed to meet the evolving needs of our discerning customer base. Operating primarily through our e-commerce platform and strategic online channels, we are dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience from product discovery to delivery, continuously expanding our reach and product portfolio in a competitive market.

Role Overview :

Your impact will directly contribute to streamlining our operational backbone, enabling faster execution, and ultimately elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive strategic initiatives by partnering with the COO to define, prioritize, and execute key operational and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Optimize operational efficiency across the value chain, including supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.

- Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects, from conception to completion, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of outcomes.

- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to the COO, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions and track performance against key operational metrics.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the COO's office and various departments, ensuring clear understanding of priorities and fostering a cohesive working environment.

- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the COO, anticipating challenges, conducting research, and proposing innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Required Skillset :

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of breaking down complex issues and developing practical, data-backed solutions.

- Deep understanding of D2C business models, operational processes, and supply chain dynamics within the consumer goods or retail sector.

- Strong project management acumen, capable of leading multiple initiatives concurrently and driving them to successful completion with diverse teams.

- Superior communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence, essential for operating within a senior leadership context.

- A relevant Master's degree, preferably an MBA from a top-tier institution, complementing a strong academic and professional background.

- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in navigating evolving priorities.
