Expected CTC Range: 40-60 LPA (Depends upon current CTC, interview process etc)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support the CEO/Leadership Team in defining organisational strategy and annual operating plans.
- Translate high-level priorities into actionable projects and measurable outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct business research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
2. Executive Support & Decision Enablement:
- Prepare briefing notes, business reviews, dashboards, and insights for leadership decisions.
- Act as a sounding board for the CEO; provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, review agendas, track decisions, and ensure follow-through.
3. Cross-Functional Program Management:
- Help prioritise organizational initiatives across departments.
- Drive accountability by tracking progress, identifying risks, and removing roadblocks.
- Ensure alignment between business units, HR, Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations.
