GoldenBridge Search has been exclusively mandated to hire a Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team of a fast-growing luxury gourmet food retail brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution 2. Partner with leadership to shape and execute business strategy. 3. Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives and track progress. 4. Support data-driven decision-making with analytics, research, and insights. 5. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for key internal and external stakeholders. Communication & Organizational Alignment: 1. Act as a communication bridge between departments and leadership. 2. Facilitate seamless information flow to enable faster, aligned decision-making. 3. Ensure goals are cascaded effectively across the organization and progress is tracked consistently. 4. Project Management & Operational Efficiency 5. Drive end-to-end delivery of critical projects. 6. Improve workflows and streamline operational processes for scalability. 7. Implement effective project management practices and reporting systems. Leadership Support & Advisory: 1. Act as a thought partner to the leadership team. 2. Lead special projects requiring cross-functional coordination and execution agility. 3. Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven performance. What We're Looking For: 1. 3-5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or strategic/business operations function, preferably in a consumer-facing brand. 2. Background in management consulting (MBB) or a fast-scaling D2C start-up is highly preferred. 3. Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. 4. Proven ability to interpret business data and translate insights into action. 5. Expertise in organizational planning, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management. 6. excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. 7. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
