- Seeking a highly accomplished Chief of Staff to partner with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in driving the organization's technology strategy, execution, and transformation agenda.
- This role demands a professional with a strong background in technology and strategy, exceptional program leadership capabilities, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CTO
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Execution
a) Partner with the CTO in developing and driving the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
b) Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
c) Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure timely execution.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
a) Act as an extension of the CTO, representing the office in internal and external forums when required.
b) Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business, Operations).
c) Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs, and communication materials for Board, Executive Leadership, and external stakeholders.
Program & Portfolio Management
a) Oversee high-impact programs, strategic technology initiatives, and transformation projects.
b) Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and review mechanisms to track progress and outcomes.
c) Anticipate risks and proactively drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
a) Manage priorities, meetings, and workflows to ensure the CTO's focus is on the most critical initiatives.
b) Streamline decision-making processes and ensure effective follow-ups on action items.
c) Introduce and implement best practices for technology planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Program Management, or similar leadership roles within large-scale technology organizations, consulting firms, or digital-first enterprises.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, enterprise systems, software engineering, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technology programs with high complexity and impact.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to engage effectively with C-suite and Board members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in consulting or strategy roles in technology organizations is highly desirable.
