Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff / Corporate Strategy professional to partner closely with the Founder. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

The incumbent will act as the Founder's trusted advisor, driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, business planning, and organizational priorities while ensuring seamless alignment across leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the strategic right hand to the Founder on business-critical initiatives.

- Drive corporate strategy, annual operating plans, business reviews, and long-term growth initiatives.

- Lead special projects across business functions from conceptualization to execution.

- Prepare board presentations, investor updates, business reviews, and executive communication.

- Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.

- Monitor strategic priorities and ensure timely execution across teams.

- Work closely with CXOs to drive alignment, governance, and operational excellence.

- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for new opportunities.

- Track key business metrics and recommend corrective actions wherever required.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (Mandatory) with 715 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff, CEO's Office, Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder, or Business Transformation roles.

- Prior experience working directly with a Founder, CEO, or Promoter is essential.

- Exposure to high-growth organizations, startups, new-age businesses, or diversified conglomerates will be preferred.

- Exceptional strategic thinking coupled with strong execution capabilities.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.

- High ownership, confidentiality, and maturity in handling sensitive information.

- Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
