Chief of Staff - COO Office / Strategy:

We are looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff / Strategy & Analytics professional to work closely with the COO and drive strategic execution across the organization.

Role: Chief of Staff to COO / EA Strategy

Level: Manager / Senior Manager

Experience: 1.5 - 3 years

Qualification: MBA from IIMs only

Reporting to: COO

Industry preference: Strategy, Transformation, Business Excellence, Corporate Operations, CXO Office.

What you will own:

- Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives sponsored by the COO

- Translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones, owners and measurable outcomes

- Establish WBR, MOR and QBR governance mechanisms

- Build executive dashboards covering operational, financial and customer KPIs

- Generate data-driven insights and predictive analysis for decision-making

- Identify execution risks, bottlenecks and performance gaps

- Support business planning, operating reviews and strategic initiatives

- Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis

- Prepare executive presentations for the Board and Leadership Council

- Act as a strategic thought partner to the COO

Ideal profile:

Looking for someone who combines strategy, analytics, program management and executive communication, someone who can move seamlessly from data and dashboards to business decisions and execution.

If you are an IIM MBA with 1.5 - 3 years of strong strategy/COO Office experience and want to work directly with the COO on high-impact initiatives.
