Chief of Staff - Consulting Firm - IIM/MDI/SIB

We are looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team of a fast-growing consumer business. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the Founder, driving critical business initiatives, cross-functional execution, performance management, and organizational scaling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with the Founder on strategic planning, business priorities, and growth initiatives.

- Lead high-impact projects spanning business expansion, operational excellence, customer growth, and transformation.

- Drive execution across functions including Operations, Product, Growth, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.

- Establish business review mechanisms, track key metrics, and drive accountability across teams.

- Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare leadership reviews, board materials, and executive presentations.

Ideal Candidate :

- MBA from a premier institution.

- 3-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
