About the Role:
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to act as a direct extension of the Co-founder/CEO and drive organization-wide alignment, execution excellence, and operational rigour.
This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and brings structure to fast-scaling environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives from the Founders Office such as market expansion initiatives, new business vertical launches, operational transformation programs, strategic partnerships, etc.
- Conduct structured research, analysis, and strategic deep dives for key business decisions.
- Build business cases, operating models, dashboards, and executive recommendations for leadership decisions.
- Design and run the company's operating cadence, including: OKRs, leadership reviews, quarterly planning cycles, etc.
- Build accountability systems across departments and track execution against company priorities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
- Manage CEO/co-founder's strategic priorities and bandwidth.
- Ensure leadership focus remains on highest-leverage business opportunities.
- Act as decision support system for the CEO through analysis, prioritization, and structured communication.
