Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, supporting decision-making across sales, business development, and growth initiatives.
- Define, refine, and execute the sales strategy, GTM models, and revenue growth plans.
- Develop market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and performance analytics to guide strategic priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Lead key projects such as new product monetization, pricing strategy, and channel expansion.
- Track, review, and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and business KPIs for leadership.
- Represent the Founder in strategic discussions, client meetings, and internal reviews when required.
- Build frameworks for scaling the sales organization, including incentive structures, productivity metrics, and enablement tools.
- Drive special projects & fundraising support, preparing business cases and investor presentations as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- MBA from Tier-1 B-schools (IIM A/B/C, ISB, XLRI, FMS,.)
- 4-8 years of experience in Sales Strategy / Business Strategy / Consulting / Chief of Staff / Investment Banking / Growth roles.
- Prior experience in Consulting (Big 4, MBB) is Must .
