The Chief of Staff to the CHRO at a Fast-Paced Technology First Entity will serve as a key enabler and operational leader, enabling the CHROs office to deliver on its vision of building a future-ready workforce and driving HR transformation. This role ensures seamless execution of HR priorities, fosters collaboration across global teams, and supports decision-making through data-driven insights.
Program Management:
- Key Central & HR metric reporting and insights ownership
- IPO HR track governance.
- Track progress of HR transformation projects and ensure timely delivery
- Governance on Progress on key Direct Reports' actionable.
- Support and Guide various group subsidiary companies in integration with the parent entity
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as liaison between CHRO and HR leaders on key programs.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board reports, and communication materials.
Data & Insights:
- Design frameworks to represent concepts and insights with clarity for senior stakeholders.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on talent, engagement, and organizational health.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage CHROs office operations including leadership meetings, and governance.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and impact across HR functions.
Desired Profile:
- Full Time MBA or Masters in HR/Business preferred with 6-8 years as an HRBP Lead or HR COE.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Background in consulting and being able to design frameworks and represent insights.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of HR Domain.
- Consulting skills preferred in being able to design and represent insights with simplicity and clarity.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
