Job Title: Chief of Staff, CHRO

Location: Bangalore, India

Reports To: CHRO

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff to the CHRO at a leading IT firm will serve as a key enabler and operational leader, enabling the CHROs office to deliver on its vision of building a future-ready workforce and driving HR transformation. This role ensures seamless execution of HR priorities, fosters collaboration across global teams, and supports decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Leadership

- Partner with HR leaders to govern key HR programs such as hiring, workforce reskilling and engagement.

- Track progress of HR transformation projects and ensure timely delivery.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Act as liaison between CHRO and HR leaders on key programs.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, board reports, and communication materials.

3. Data & Insights

- Design frameworks to represent concepts and insights with clarity for senior stakeholders.

- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on talent, engagement, and organizational health.

4. Operational Excellence

- Manage CHROs office operations including leadership meetings, and governance.

- Streamline processes for efficiency and impact across HR functions.

5. Culture & Change

- Champion Mphasis culture and values in all HR initiatives.

- Drive change management for HR transformation programs.

Qualifications

Education:

MBA or Masters in HR/Business preferred.

Experience:

- 8-10 years in HR leadership or strategic roles.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

- Background in consulting and being able to design frameworks and represent insights.

Skills:

- Strong business acumen with understanding of HR Domain.

- Consulting skills preferred in being able to design and represent insights with simplicity and clarity.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes.
