Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Escalation Management:
- Serve as the first line of defense for operational challenges, resolving issues swiftly and shielding senior leadership from day-to-day disruptions.
Organizational Intelligence:
- Build deep insight into the company's global structure, strategic priorities, cultural values, and investment roadmap to guide decision-making.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Oversight Design and drive strategic interventions aligned with Advisory's vision, ensuring timely execution and proactively identifying risks.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Partner with COOs to stabilize new processes, manage complex stakeholder dynamics, and provide hands-on crisis management support.
Data, Analytics & Executive:
- Communication Deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and briefings tailored for senior leadership and board-level audiences.
Leadership Engagements:
- Coordinate and orchestrate strategic client and leadership visits to India, reinforcing cultural alignment and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
Financial Planning & Performance
- Tracking Collaborate with Consulting, DAS, and UK COOs to monitor financial performance and implement initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Change Management:
- Lead harmonization efforts across Consulting, DAS, and Managed Services units, ensuring consistency across UK, US, and India operations.
Communication Enablement:
- Establish and manage effective communication channels for key initiatives, ensuring timely, targeted, and transparent information flow.
