Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across leadership teams.

- Support growth and brand positioning through digital marketing strategies.

- Prepare executive updates, business reviews, and board-level communication.

- Enable operational excellence and effective decision-making at the CEO's office.

Ideal Candidate

- 7-12 years of experience in strategy and digital marketing.

- MBA from a premier institute is strongly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior exposure to product-tech or global business environments is an advantage.
