Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff, CEO's Office serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, facilitating effective decision-making and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational priorities. This role involves working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and various department heads to drive key initiatives, manage communications, and oversee special projects. The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency and maximizing the impact of our programs on the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on critical organizational issues and opportunities.

- Manage the CEO's office, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and effective use of the CEO's time.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and priorities.

- Oversee the execution of special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring timely completion.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational messaging.

- Represent the CEO in meetings and events, as needed, conveying key messages and building relationships with stakeholders.

- Develop and implement processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining workflows and reducing redundancies.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to the CEO and senior leadership team to inform decision-making.

- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government officials, fostering collaboration and support for the organization's mission.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

- Experience working in a leadership role within a non-profit organization or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

- Adaptability to work on-site in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
