Role: Business Strategy & Operations Manager - Office of the Managing Partner

Location: Mumbai (South Mumbai)

Are you a structured thinker, strong communicator, and execution-focused professional who enjoys working closely with senior leadership?

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Office of the Managing Partner at a fast-growing professional services firm.

This role is perfect for a CA or strategy professional who thrives in a high-impact environment, loves solving problems, and can manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.

What You Will Do:

Leadership & Board Support:

- Prepare and coordinate monthly business plan meetings.

- Organise leadership/board meetings, set agendas, and draft minutes.

- Track and follow up on action items with business leaders.

Strategic Program Management:

- Drive firm-wide initiatives including privatisation, capability building, knowledge management and timesheet adoption.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.

- Support preparation of senior leadership decks, board presentations, and strategy reviews.

Data, Insights & Operational Support:

- Share monthly expected collections with finance; assist leaders with follow-ups.

- Work with IT/external teams on dashboards, KM systems, and AI tools.

- Assist in client proposal preparation and business development material.

Thought Partnership & Special Projects:

- Work closely with the Managing Partner on confidential and strategic initiatives.

- Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking for leadership decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in business strategy, consulting, or leadership office roles.

- CA preferred (MBA good to have).

- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work with senior leaders, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes.

- Highly organized, dependable, agile and solution-oriented.
