We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in achieving his goals and driving the company's success. The Chief of Staff will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, managing projects and initiatives on his behalf, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization. B. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Core Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and support on key business issues - Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget - Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth - Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently - Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner; Develop communications for the Board, Company, and external meetings - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, ensuring that priorities are aligned and goals are met - Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO Additional Responsibilities: - Actively support the Head of Strategy in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and goals. - Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the strategic plan. - Play an active role in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, comprehensive Skill Matrix, and Juniorisation Key Performance Indicators: 1. Strategic Planning: Progress against key strategic initiatives, attainment of key performance targets, and successful execution of the CEO's priorities. 2. Project management: Successful completion of projects on time and within budget, improvement in project management processes and tools, and successful collaboration and coordination across departments 3. Communication: Improvements in internal communication processes, employee engagement survey results, and successful alignment of priorities across departments. 4. Financial management: Achievement of financial targets, cost savings, and successful management of the CEO's financial priorities 5. Leadership development: Employee retention rates, employee feedback on leadership development programs, and the successful development of high-potential employees 6.
