Chief of Staff - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

We have been mandated by one of our clients (a reputed global organization) to identify and onboard a Chief of Staff for one of the Directors. The role provides exposure to various business lines and opportunity to contribute to their strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic counsel to the Director on strategic priorities, including P&L management, cost optimization, and capex planning in manufacturing operations.

- Lead complex projects like supply chain enhancements, M&A due diligence, ERP implementations, and KPI-driven performance turnarounds.

- Oversee Director's executive agenda: board presentations, investor/stakeholder communications, and high-stakes negotiations with precision and foresight.

- Act as key liaison with C-suite, external auditors, and regulators; represent the Director in critical forums.

Knowledge and Qualifications

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with First Attempt (Rank Holder strongly preferred)

- Must have an MBA preferably from a Tier 1 institute.

- 8-10 years in manufacturing firms or conglomerates.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills; proven in high-pressure, matrixed environments.
