We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead Governance and Strategy for our global business operations. This high-impact leadership role will collaborate with senior stakeholders-including C-suite executives, to craft data-driven strategies that improve performance, streamline operations, and propel long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, anticipates business needs, and translates insights into operational excellence. With strong expertise in analytics, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, this leader will drive governance oversight and strategic decision-making across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leadership & Governance

- Partner with global senior leadership to guide strategic decisions and governance priorities.

- Drive vertical-specific business plans and oversee critical project execution.

- Lead internal governance, prioritizing high-impact actions.

2. Performance & Reporting

- Validate and consolidate MIS reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

- Deliver high-level performance summaries and insights for executive review.

- Strengthen reporting frameworks, controls, and audit-readiness across business units.

3. Analysis & Decision Support

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

- Analyze trends and operational metrics to identify productivity opportunities.

- Create actionable recommendations that enhance cross-functional collaboration and performance.

4. Project Management & Operational Excellence

- Lead execution of high-impact initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Oversee business performance meetings-both internal and client-facing.

- Collaborate on headcount planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

- Represent business priorities to DPEs and external clients, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.

- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective governance and planning.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 12+ years' experience in business operations, preferably within BPOs or shared services.

- Expert in analytical thinking, financial analysis, and strategic problem-solving.

- Excellent communication skills-able to translate complex data into clear business narratives.

- Adept at managing analytics projects and preparing sharp presentations.

- Experienced in leading teams across global, matrixed, and multicultural environments.

- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced data visualization abilities.

- Exceptional project and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

- Proactive and solution-oriented-motivated to drive change and deliver tangible results.

- Collaborative team leader who inspires and aligns others toward shared goals.

- Detail-oriented and confident in presenting strategic viewpoints to executive stakeholders.
