Chief Of Staff - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring effective execution, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex projects within fintech and banking domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to set priorities, drive alignment, and monitor execution of strategic initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and decision-making.

- Manage and track high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

- Represent leadership in meetings, providing inputs and follow-ups where required.

- Support in managing investor, client, and partner communications as needed.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of financial products, digital banking, and regulatory landscape.

- Proven track record in project management, strategic execution, or business operations.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ownership.

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred from Tier 1 college
