Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the CEO to translate organizational vision into actionable strategic roadmaps and OKRs.
- Drive execution of organization-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate across business units and ecosystem partners to deliver high impact programs.
- Build and manage dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting for leadership, Board, and investors.
- Support preparation for Board meetings, leadership reviews, and key stakeholder engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office, internal teams, consortium banks,regulators, and ecosystem partners.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and proactively manage dependencies across teams.
- Develop strategic communications, presentations, and CEO briefings.
- Simplify and communicate complex technical and policy concepts into clear business narratives.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in areas such as blockchain, digital infrastructure, and platform governance.
- Support cross-industry collaborations and public-private partnerships.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B school.
- 7-12 years of experience in Management Consulting (strategy, transformation, ecosystem development), or Strategy / Chief of Staff roles in BFSI, FinTech, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of BFSI, digital infrastructure, and B2B ecosystems.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in data-driven problem solving and decision-making.
- High executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
