
Chief of Staff (CoS)
Location: Mumbai
Bringing structure to ambition
- Structure key leadership interactions by organising and participating in Board and Executive meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, focused, and aligned with priorities
- Synthesise complex discussions into actionable insights and clear next steps, driving alignment and follow-through across teams
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Managing Partner and Executive Team - offering perspective, and sharpening decision-making
- Lead ad hoc analysis and special projects tied to confidential, high-impact initiatives and strategic opportunities.
Strategic & Project Execution
- Define, prioritise, and mobilise the firm's portfolio of key strategic initiatives, proactively identify bottlenecks, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met
- Maintain a firm-wide, multi-project delivery roadmap - tracking interdependencies, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Senior Executives or Department Heads to gather insights, data, and provide clear, consistent updates on progress (including milestones & financials), proactively flagging risks and facilitating timely course correction
- Conduct the required research to support strategic planning and operations and assist the managing partner in financial analysis.
- Support the preparation of board decks, strategy reviews, and internal presentations.
Executive Office Enablement
- Ensure smooth administrative operations by maintaining organised documentation and electronic records, coordinating corporate/review meetings, capturing minutes, tracking follow-ups, ensuring alignment and managing facility bookings and scheduling with attention to detail.
- Serve as the interface between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders. Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness.
- Ensure communications, decisions, and feedback are cascaded effectively and respectfully.
- Support confidential and high-priority matters with discretion and judgment.
Professional Background:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and client delivery focus on operations or business management
- An MBA is preferred (not compulsory)

- Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Financial knowledge and macroeconomic awareness - India and global- is essential.
