Chief of Staff (Btech IIT)
We have an urgent job opening for Chief of staff with our B2B client.
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define, plan, and track strategic initiatives.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Drive alignment across departments to ensure timely execution of company priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
Leadership Support & Communication:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on organizational and strategic matters.
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for board meetings, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and follow up on critical deliverables.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for organizational efficiency.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that drive productivity and operational excellence.
- Manage high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
People & Culture:
- Foster collaboration and a high-performance culture across teams.
- Support leadership in managing org design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Coordinate leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, and strategic workshops.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with an ability to connect strategy to execution.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization dashboards (e.g., Asana, Monday, Power BI, etc.).
Qualifications: Btech from IIT
- 2 years+ of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of working closely with CXOs or Founders.
