- This position is a critical leadership role, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO. The role would combine strategic leadership, sales performance management and cross functional collaboration.

- The incumbent will function as a trusted advisor to CEO supporting strategic initiatives, decision making and communication thus enabling the CEO to systematically track strategic priorities and work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- The role is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic planning processes across the organization. The role is a highly strategic & Facilitative role.

- The responsibility of the incumbent as Strategy Head will involve working closely with CEO, Function heads to monitor & drive strategic action plans.

- Identify and Lead Strategic / High Impact projects or actions directly under the purview CEO or the Leadership team

- Develop and maintain an inventory of critical path projects in which the CEO is especially interested and/or for which his awareness and involvement is essential.

- Work with Leadership Team to align their actions and communications in support of agreed upon goals. Chief of Staff's role will be to collaborate with all teams to ensure that the CEO's needs are conveyed, that progress is being made in a timely way, and that any demands regarding the CEO's schedule are understood and agreed upon.

- Proactive identification and mitigation of issues that could impact on the successful execution of the CEO's commitments.

- Engage in root cause analysis of the issues and build solutions through tactful and engagement with the relevant parties.

- Develop alternative approaches to addressing the problem or opportunity.

- Succinctly update the CEO on the issues, supported with facts and recommendations

- Driving agenda and communication plan for any CEO events and/or support other departments leading the same.

- Finalize, in discussion with CEO, any communication including articles, columns, speeches, panel discussions, etc.

- Create, maintain and leverage a relationship mapping of the CEO's and his key external relationships and their respective interconnectivity.

- Preparation executive level presentations & Board materials

- Work closely with CEO's office to remain apprised of/schedule upcoming CEO commitments.

- Confirm objectives for the meeting and recommend participants and best approach.

Managing Key Stakeholders

- Work closely with CEO to manage relationships with key Stakeholders.

- Work with related LT to coordinate relationships and communication with the IRDAI.

Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration preferably Finance / CA / Any other specialization in Finance

Experience: Overall experience more than 10-15 years Experience in financial planning and leading strategic initiatives Stakeholder management experience
