
Job Purpose:
It is a very senior individual contributor / leader hybrid (think mini-COO + strategy right-hand + head of internal consulting / PEX).
The person will have enormous visibility and influence (direct CBO access, board exposure, cross-functional authority to drive change), but also high pressure and ambiguity - typical of fast-growing EV companies in India right now.
Requirements (Who We Want):
Education: MBA from a top-tier institute (strongly preferred - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or international equivalents like INSEAD, Wharton, etc.).
Experience: 8-12 years total, with meaningful time in one or more of:
- Passion and experience in the electric 2-wheeler industry preferred.
- Strong project management skills, creativity in problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at the C-level, translating complex process data into clear business strategy.
- Analytical Acumen: Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance tracking (KPI design and dash boarding).
- Broad knowledge of processes, protocols, and procedures related to budget management, human resources, and risk management.
