Role Overview:
The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a strategic partner to the Founder/ Founding team, owning high-impact initiatives across business strategy, operations, execution, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and wants a front-row seat in scaling an AI-first company
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, OKRs, and annual/quarterly priorities
- Drive execution of CEO-led initiatives and ensure timely follow-through
- Convert high-level vision into structured plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Business Operations & Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Ops
- Track company-wide KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Identify execution gaps and proactively solve operational bottlenecks
Leadership & Communication:
- Prepare CEO briefs, board decks, investor updates, and strategic presentations
- Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams
- Facilitate leadership meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums
Process, Scale & Governance:
- Build and optimize internal processes for scale (planning, reporting, cadence)
- Support hiring plans, org design discussions, and culture initiatives
- Ensure alignment on priorities during rapid growth and change
Special Projects:
- Own ad-hoc strategic projects such as new market entry, partnerships, pricing strategy, or GTM initiatives
- Conduct research, analysis, and business case development as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Startup Leadership
- Prior experience with a VC fund or in investment banking is an advantage, not mandatory
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or leadership teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
