The Chief of Staff will serve as a high-level strategic partner to the executive leadership, acting as a force multiplier to ensure the seamless execution of organizational priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, ensuring that the company's strategic vision is effectively translated into measurable business outcomes. This role is pivotal in managing the cadence of the leadership office and ensuring that critical business objectives are met with precision and agility.

- A highly analytical, structured, and execution-oriented professional who has worked in high-exposure roles close to promoters, founders, CEOs, or senior executives.

- 10+ years of post-MBA experience in strategy, operations, projects, program management, consulting, or leadership-support roles.

- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
