Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven Chief of Staff to work in close partnership with the Founder/CEO, driving organizational priorities, leading key strategic initiatives, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact, hands-on role and not administrative in nature.
The Chief of Staff will function as a strategic enabler for the leadership team, ensuring critical initiatives progress with clarity, urgency, and ownership. This role calls for strong business judgment, structured thinking, effective stakeholder management, and the agility to perform in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience from consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups, along with the ability to translate strategic intent into clear, measurable execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-impact strategic initiatives that shape company growth, enhance operational efficiency, and guide long-term direction.
- Convert leadership vision into clear, actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans with defined ownership and timelines.
- Lead organization-wide initiatives by collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Growth, and Technology teams to drive alignment and ensure timely execution.
- Build structured review mechanisms including dashboards, performance cadences, and business reviews to track company-wide priorities.
- Pinpoint operational bottlenecks and take a proactive approach to implement solutions that strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, board updates, and strategic communication documents.
- Support annual operating plans, quarterly OKRs/KRAs, and performance review frameworks.
- Drive culture-building initiatives in partnership with HR to strengthen accountability, ownership, and performance orientation.
- Ensure follow-through on key decisions made in leadership meetings and track progress across teams.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and business expansion plans.
- Represent the CEO's office in cross-functional forums and external stakeholder discussions when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or startup environments.
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects end-to-end with measurable impact.
- A structured, methodical thinker who demonstrates strong ownership and a results-driven, execution-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret business data.
