
Role Summary:
The Chief of Staff to the CEO will act as a strategic partner and execution anchor, working closely with the CEO to drive internal strategy, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, dashboarding skills, and the ability to coordinate with senior leadership across functions to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support & CEO Office Management:
- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business reviews, and internal transformation programs
- Translate CEO's vision and priorities into actionable plans and track execution
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing notes for board and leadership meetings
2. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a central coordination point between the CEO and departmental heads
- Drive alignment on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomes
- Follow up on action items and ensure closure across functions
3. Performance Tracking & Dashboards:
- Design and manage management dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with insights and analytics
4. Internal Strategy & Execution:
- Support internal strategy formulation including productivity improvement, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis
- Assist the CEO in special projects
5.Governance & Communication:
- Ensure disciplined governance, review cadence, and reporting mechanisms
- Enable effective communication between leadership and teams
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced dashboarding and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership, confidentiality, and execution focus
Educational Background:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Engineering or finance background is an advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in CEO office, strategy, consulting or analytics roles
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or capital goods organizations preferred
