Role Overview
You will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, driving strategic planning, operational reviews, cross-functional coordination, and decision support across diverse business verticals. The role requires a proactive leader capable of turning vision into actionable initiatives and representing the MD effectively in key forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives, business reviews, and expansion plans across multiple business units.
- Translate MDs vision into clear business objectives and ensure alignment across leadership.
- Represent the MD in strategic meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are executed on time.
- Provide analytical insights and decision support for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with business heads to drive accountability and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and high confidentiality within the Founders Office.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business/Engineering/Commerce; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years experience in strategy, operations, or Founders/CEOs office roles.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
- High integrity, discretion, and the ability to make independent decisions.
