
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support the Founder in developing, prioritising, and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional special projects aligned with business goals.
- Prepare business cases, board materials, and investor updates.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
2. Operational Support:
- Ensure eOective follow-up and execution of action items from leadership and team meetings.
- Track OKRs, KPIs, and milestones to maintain organisational accountability.
- Identify operational ineOiciencies and recommend process improvements.
3. Founder Enablement:
- Act as a force multiplier for the Founder by managing time, priorities, and communications.
- Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and presentations.
- Attend key meetings on behalf of the Founder and document outcomes.
4. Cross-functional Coordination:
- Facilitate collaboration between teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Founder and the wider organisation.
- Lead or support hiring, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives.
5. External Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with partners, advisors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support investor relations and due diligence eOorts for funding or partnerships.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent management degree from a reputed institution.
- 4-7 years' work experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or business management.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently driving initiatives.
- A generalist mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
