Chief of Staff - Epic Group:

EPIC Group (RAAM Group) is a fast-growing auto retail group with over 2,500 team members, over $250M revenues, across 8 brands in 5 states. Our ambition is to double our revenues in the next 2 years. We are looking for ambitious, self-driven candidates for the role of Chief of Staff to help us hit our growth goals. This is a strategic role in a people-intensive industry, reporting to the leadership team.

Youll begin as the CEOs right-hand partner, spearheading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Over time, youll evolve into a senior leadership role within the organization, where youll be instrumental in managing large teams, driving aggressive growth, owning the full spectrum of revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. There may be an opportunity to lead a strategic initiative focused on building and scaling our used cars business. Throughout your journey, youll receive ongoing mentorship from the founding team and senior leaders. If you're a top performer who thrives on solving complex challenges, refuses to settle for mediocrity, and envisions yourself as a future entrepreneur or CXO, this could be your springboard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Share the P&L responsibility for 2 of the group entities.

- Own and execute high-impact initiatives, including the rollout of a new used-car business.

- Play a key role in managing operations with the leadership team.

- Support the groups initiatives in customer engagement, marketing, funding, and talent management.

- Improve and refine company culture, fostering a culture of excellence and harmony.

What We Expect:

- 4+ years experience post MBA, preferably in a demanding ops or leadership role

- Proven ability to lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals

- Track record of leveraging technology and data to enhance productivity and performance

- Dont wait for direction - this is for someone who naturally likes to take initiative

- Ability to juggle priorities and bring structure where others see ambiguity

- Detail oriented; out of the box thinker
