Chief of Staff - Investment Arm | Leading Indian Consumer Conglomerate
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the leadership of the Investment Arm of one of India's largest and diversified consumer conglomerates. With a legacy spanning over a century, the conglomerate operates across multiple verticals including healthcare, personal care, home care, and food & beverages, with a portfolio rooted in Ayurvedic heritage and enhanced by modern innovation. The company has a significant presence across emerging and developed markets.
The Investment Arm serves as a critical growth engine, focused on identifying and executing strategic investments, nurturing partnerships, and exploring both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. It plays a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the group by fostering innovation, expanding into new categories, and backing disruptive consumer and healthcare ventures aligned with evolving market dynamics and consumer needs.
The Chief of Staff will act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, driving high-impact initiatives across the investment portfolio, streamlining decision-making processes, mergers and acquisitions and managing cross-functional collaboration across business, finance, legal, and external stakeholders. This role requires a visionary mindset, impeccable stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable outcomes in a fast-evolving environment.

Requirements:
- Over 8+ years of experience in fast-paced corporate or consulting environments, preferably in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Leadership Advisory roles.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with senior executives and board members.
- Exceptional analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, maturity, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
