About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO, providing strategic insight, operational support, and executive coordination to ensure the organizations vision is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, shadowing them in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and key decision-making forums.

- You will assist in shaping and implementing business strategies that align with organizational goals, oversee critical projects to ensure on-time delivery, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments.

- Your scope will include conducting in-depth research and analysis to support high-impact decisions, preparing detailed presentations and reports for board and stakeholder engagements, and representing the CEO in key internal and external meetings as required.

- You will also ensure that communication flows seamlessly across the organization, aligning teams with the companys priorities.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute.

- At least 7 years experience in a senior management, strategy, or leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

- Proven ability to handle complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
